"Anon-editing" is a special function which allows an end-user to edit an application in AppTracker. The idea is that it creates a temp URL which anyone can access to update the app.
Firstly make sure this option is enabled:
Then generate a link using this button, and either copy/paste it into your own email, or add the user's email address to the dialog.
