How do I see a list of Apps for a group of Users?

  • Go to the User Migration module, select the desired Users from the grid, and open Datamining Report from the ribbon.
  • Add an Applications tier, choose the required columns, and run the report.

How do I see a list of Devices for a group of Users?

  • Go to the User Migration module, select the desired Users from the grid, and open Datamining Report from the ribbon.
  • Add a Devices tier, select the necessary columns, and run the report.

How do I see a list of Applications that have failed testing?

  • Go to the Applications module, select the Applications from the grid, and open Datamining Report from the ribbon.
  • Add the Testing Tier and select the Test Type and Resolved Complete Result fields, then run the report.
  • Optionally, filter the report results by Passed/Failed status.

How do I see a list of Users that have received their self-schedule invite but have not completed the action?

  • Go to the User Migration module, select the desired Users from the grid, and open Datamining Report from the ribbon.
  • Add the Self Schedule Reporting Tier; select Request Email Sent, Page Visit Count, and Self Schedule Is Locked.
  • Run the report. Filter for Users sent the self-schedule email but with unlocked schedules (i.e., no date selected). The Page Visit Count shows if the user has viewed the self-schedule page.
