Prerequisites

A user account with Administration privileges is required to install and configure the Plugin.

Configuration Guide

1. Download the Plugin from https://managementstudio.com/plugins
2. Unblock the zip file under File Properties
3. Install the Plugin in Administration -> Extensions -> Plugins
4. Browse to Administration -> User Migrations -> ESM Servicing Plans
5. Select the Send Satisfaction Survey plan under the Email Senders category
   1. Modify the User Completed rule to set the correct Process if needed
   2. Modify the Service Plan Rules (Evaluator) if required to change when the email is sent
   3. Click Clear History, Run Eval, Schedule and Publish to send the emails to users
   4. Add a Schedule for the ESM Plan once it has been tested successfully
   5. Save the ESM Plan
6. The survey email will now be sent out automatically on the selected schedule
