If Office 365 is used for sending emails via SMTP, it's recommended that a dedicated mailbox is created.
Administration -> Global Settings -> Site & Email Config
- Enter the email address as the Email Account Username
- Fill in other fields as shown below
- Click Save Changes
Administration -> Project Settings -> Email & Keywords
- The Email From Address should match the username
- The Email From Display Name can be modified as required
- Click Save Changes
