Introduction

Web portal dashboards are user interfaces designed to provide a centralized view of various data, applications, accessible through a web portal. These dashboards aggregate information from multiple sources and present it in a coherent, visually appealing manner, often using charts, graphs, and other visual elements. Dashboards make crucial data points more visible inside an organisation.

System vs User Dashboard

Any person in their job area, such as Service desk, Project Management Office (PMO), or Deployment team, can construct a dashboard that is solely accessible to them. An administrator creates or modifies system dashboards, which, once published, are accessible to everyone in the organization. Please refer to this article for more information on how Dashboard works.

User Dashboard

Personal dashboards are only available to the individual who created them.

System Dashboard

System dashboards are available to all users by default. Such dashboards are created by an administrator.
