Overview

The Detail Field Totals Widget counts and groups unique values for a specified field on an item, such as counting applications by vendor. When there are many unique values, you can limit how many are displayed in the chart (for example, showing only the top 3 app vendors).

Adv. Widget Arguments

• Property Name

  • Specifies the field to group by (e.g. AppVendor, OperatingSystem).
  • Possible field names can be found in the 'Grid Config' admin tab.

• Get Top X Property Values

  • Sets the maximum number of groups to display on the chart.
  • For example, entering '3' would limit the chart to the top 3 application vendors.
