Service Plan Tab Overview

The Service Plan tab is available in the following modules:

  • Applications
  • User Migrations
  • Devices
  • Mailboxes
  • Bespoke
  • Deployment Units

This tab displays the status of a service plan for the selected object within these modules. All available module plans are listed on the left side of the screen. Select a plan to view its status for the open object.



Plan Header

The plan header provides an overview of the service plan’s current state, including:

  • Whether the object passed or failed
  • The current status (e.g., scheduled, completed)
  • The scheduled date, if applicable


Evaluator Rule Set

This section details the result for each evaluator rule applied to the object, indicating whether each rule passed or failed.


Logs

The Logs section displays output from the following events:

  • Evaluator
  • Scheduler
  • Publisher

Logs capture activity and processing details associated with these events for the selected object.
