Description

The Property Total Widget counts and groups unique values of a specified field on an item, such as an application. For example, you can visualise a pie chart that displays the count of Apps per App Vendor. If there are many distinct values, the widget can be configured to limit the number of bars displayed on the chart (e.g., Top 5 App Vendors).

Adv. Widget Arguments

• Custom FieldId/Path

  • Field Id or Field Path to group by.
  • Examples: 
    • 10862
    • APPDSC\Rationalisation\Is this the Highest Version
  • Field Ids and Paths can be found on the Custom Form admin page.

• Get Top  X Field Values

  • The maximum number of groups to display on the chart.
  • Example: 5 will limit the chart to the top 5 versions.

• Rename Labels

  • Find/Replace functionality to clean up UI values.
  • Example: Transform TRUE/FALSE into Yes/No.
  • Format: Find:Replace pairs, separated by a pipe (|).
    • Example: Yes:Affirmative|No:Negative
