Overview
Sometimes it's useful to be able to display a URL (hyperlink) in a User Survey so that end-users can access a shared resource such as an internal web page with instructions on completing the survey.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Click Administration (1) -> User Migrations -> Surveys
- Click New Field
- Set Special Control to Text (Parsed) (3)
- Enter the URL in Special Control Text (3)
- Click Save Changes
- The User Survey will now show the URL
