Sometimes it's useful to give a tester the option to attach a file to a test where, for example, a screenshot or log file needs uploading for that test. This guide shows how to achieve that:

• Admin -> <Module such as Applications> -> Test Sign-Offs -> Select required Test Type from dropdown -> Settings tab -> (Scroll down) -> Test Attachments Type -> App Test User Attachment -> Save Settings -> Save

• Question Layout tab -> New Field -> Set Special Control to Attachment
• Question Layout tab -> Set Special Control Text to the text which should appear above the Browse button in the test (e.g. Please upload an attachment) -> Save Changes

• The test will now contain the option for the tester to upload a file during the test
