This report provides a comprehensive overview of the current application, device, and user landscape across the IT estate. It brings together data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making around software management, device lifecycle, and user access.

The Applications section presents insights into current application statuses-including those pending review, accepted, rejected, or superseded-alongside ACE-driven recommendations to rationalise the estate. It also covers application origins (e.g., SCCM, Intune, SystRack), ACE category classifications, the top software vendors by volume, and applications with the most version variations.

In the Devices section, the report outlines OS distribution, SCCM coverage, and operating system support status to help prioritise remediation and lifecycle management.

The Users section details account activity, including logon history, active vs. deleted accounts, and overall user presence across systems, supporting security posture and user lifecycle governance.
